This Agreement shall commence on the start date and shall continue on a rolling basis unless terminated in accordance with our terms and conditions, see below:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing no less than three months written notice to the other party. Notice must be provided in writing via email or letter to Seren Global Media.
Fees during this period will remain payable in full during the notice period. The Client agrees to continue payment of all agreed monthly retainers, project fees, and any approved third-party costs incurred during this time. Ongoing campaigns, assets, or services will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed.
Seren Global Media will perform the services set out in this Agreement with reasonable skill, care, and diligence. To enable us to deliver services efficiently and within agreed timescales, the Client agrees to: review, respond to, and provide approvals or sign-offs for all drafts, deliverables, and materials submitted for review within a reasonable timeframe; endeavour to provide regular updates and relevant information relating to their sector to allow Seren Global Media to create accurate, engaging, and timely content; and provide accurate and complete information regarding the content to be created or published.
Timely feedback, instructions, and provision of necessary information are essential to the successful delivery of our services.
If the Client does not provide timely responses, approvals, or information, Seren Global Media shall not be liable for any resulting delays in delivery of services, adjusted timelines, or additional costs incurred. Work shall proceed based on the latest approved materials, and any changes required after a delay may be treated as a variation to the original scope, which may be subject to additional fees.
The Client acknowledges that Seren Global Media cannot verify the accuracy of information provided by the Client. Accordingly, Seren Global Media shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading content that is provided by the Client and/or subsequently approved or signed off by the Client prior to publication.
